Petra Singapore at Dempsey Hill: New Mediterranean Hotspot for Levantine Cuisine & House-Made Mezzes

SINGAPORE’S NEWEST MEDITERRANEAN SPOT 🫒

Petra Singapore just opened at Dempsey and it features Eastern Mediterranean & Levantine cooking, house-made mezzes (the taramasalata with shaved bottarga is my fav!!) along with à la minute breads!
One of the highlights here is the weekly rotating open salad showcase, curated by Chef Dawid Nowosadzki, former Head Chef at Ottolenghi. You also have grilled seafood and meats like wagyu skewers, along with items like a Portuguese octopus with orzo, Hamachi Tartare, & more!
Flavours are really vibrant, salads are refreshing and delicious (enjoyed the beetroot one even though i’m not the biggest fan of beetroot).
Lovely space, definitely not something you’d usually get in Singapore!
